In line with the goal of reaching 6000 MW of renewable sea energy by 2020, the State has initiated vast consultations on wind turbine capacities of its maritime coasts. All Mediterranean actors involved, met at the Prefecture of the Region. The PACA Marine Cluster has participated in the first works concerning offshore installed wind turbines and shall be highly mobilized in the next steps concerning floating offshore wind turbines.
