
Maritime Virtual Reality and Simulator Technologies

The MARVEST project, which was approved in December 2006,consists in developing a new generation of physico-realist interactive software that provides, in real time, a faithful representation of highly realistic synthesis images and a reconstructed 3D sound environment.
These software components and materials are intended for virtual immersion rooms and for naval simulators.
This project has been earmarked for the F.U.I. (interdepartmental fund.)
