Optimized operation of ships

Development of a tool for decision support for the operation of ships to reduce energy consumption and air emissions.Perform actual measurements in different configurations in order to accurately assess the positions of energy consumption and emissions associated real incorporating the driving practices of the crew :
Define a simulator of environmental performance and energy of the vessel can be used for purposes of design optimization,
Identify, develop and implement a system of decision support for crews and shipowners measuring energy consumption and air emissions but offering real-time, according to the mission, tracks optimization programs.
