Impact of the ultraviolet radiation on the marine environment in the PACA region

The UVPACA project, supported by the Oceanological Center of Marseille, aims at studying the impact of the ultraviolet radiation on ecosystems. It should be able to inform local authorities, the health sector, the public and leisure centers of doses and ultraviolet flux for the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur region coastal area.This project was approved in March 2006.
