OPtimizing pALeomarker appLIcations of alkenoNEs

The aim of this project is to optimize the use of alkenones as paleotracers.  In the future, this should lead to a better estimation of temperatures from the past times, as well as of use of alkenones as tracers for environmental parameters others than temperature. This project was approved in May 2006.
